📋 Description

• Own MonieCRM, the operating system for Moniepoint's 50,000-strong sales network
• Lead platform engineering and legacy modernisation at scale
• Re-architect systems that have grown very quickly and make them dependable at scale
• Own the platform that moves money including wallets, commission calculation and attribution
• Manage partner management, rewards and retention platform, and marketing technology stack
• Engineer and customise Braze, the platform for customer engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15 years of overall software engineering experience
• At least 5 years leading engineering teams through growth phases
• 5+ years of hands-on, production-level experience writing and shipping Java code
• At least 5 years of experience managing managers
• Proven platform engineering experience at scale - building complex distributed systems
• Experience navigating legacy migrations and re-architecture projects at 20M+ user scale
