Head of Engineering, Sales & Marketing Tools

📋 Description

• Own MonieCRM, the in-house built operating system for Moniepoint's 50,000-strong field sales
• Manage the platform's capabilities spanning onboarding, network management, pipeline and portfolio
• Drive modernization and re-architecture of systems that have grown quickly, focusing on reliability
• Ensure financial correctness in systems handling wallets, commission calculation and attribution
• Lead the engineering and customization of the marketing technology stack, including the customer
• Oversee and develop a large engineering team (20+ members), including managing engineering managers.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of overall software engineering experience.
• At least 5 years leading engineering teams through growth phases.
• 5+ years of hands-on production-level Java coding experience, actively writing Java code.
• At least 5 years of experience managing engineering managers.
• Proven experience in platform engineering and building complex distributed systems.
• Experience with legacy migrations and re-architectures at 20M+, user scale.
