📋 Description

• Own and modernize MonieCRM, the in-house workforce operations platform for Moniepoint's
• Oversee the domain handling money movements: wallets, commission calculation and attribution
• Lead partner management and rewards/retention platform for tens of millions of users.
• Drive the engineering and customization of the marketing technology stack, including Braze, for
• Re-architect and modernize legacy systems to achieve reliability and performance at 20M+ user scale.
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team through other engineering leaders, developing a

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15 years of overall software engineering experience
• At least 5 years leading engineering teams through growth phases
• 5+ years of hands-on, production-level experience writing and shipping Java code
• At least 5 years of experience managing engineering managers
• Proven platform engineering experience at scale—building and running complex distributed systems
• Experience with legacy migrations/re-architecture at 20M+ user scale
