📋 Description

• Owning the technical strategy and architecture for inventory and logistics tools and repair
• Leading an engineering organisation of approximately 25 engineers, including managers, QA, SRE and
• Driving platformisation of inventory and supply chain systems so operational data is visible
• Bridging the gap between operational practice and software systems by building operationally
• Defining architecture standards, engineering processes and quality metrics across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of overall software engineering experience, with at least 5 years leading teams.
• 5+ years hands-on production experience with Java.
• At least 5 years managing managers.
• Deep hands-on experience in supply chain, inventory, warehouse or logistics software at scale.
• Fintech or regulated-industry experience.
• Strong backend skills for data-intensive, distributed, operational systems.
