Head of Engineering, Supply Chain

📋 Description

• Own the technical strategy, architecture, and long-term evolution of software supporting inventory
• Lead an engineering organization of approximately 25 professionals across engineering management
• Drive the platformisation of supply chain and inventory systems so operational data remains
• Design and oversee scalable backend and distributed-system solutions capable of supporting large
• Establish architecture standards, engineering processes, quality metrics, and technical practices
• Bridge operational requirements and technology delivery by translating complex business processes

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of overall software engineering experience, including at least 5 years leading
• At least 5 years of hands-on, production-level experience writing and shipping Java code as a
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing engineering managers and leading organizations through
• Proven experience managing and developing engineering organizations of 20+ members.
• Deep hands-on experience building supply chain, inventory, warehouse, logistics, or physical
• Demonstrated experience designing and operating systems that manage hundreds of thousands of
