📋 Description

• Build, lead, and develop the finance function, maintaining hands-on ownership across FP&A
• Own financial forecasting, budgeting, and board-level reporting, translating financial data into

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of progressive finance experience, including direct, hands-on ownership of both
• Demonstrated ability to build, improve, and scale a finance function rather than simply oversee an
• Strong expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and executive reporting
• Hands-on experience managing accounting operations, financial controls, and monthly close
• Experience managing treasury operations or cash and liquidity across multiple banking
