Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning, and strategy.
Own FP&A: budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, scenario planning, reporting.
Build financial models and scenario analyses for investments, planning, and fundraising.
Prepare exec reporting on budget vs actual, cash runway, liquidity, and KPIs.
Support fundraising with financial materials, forecasts, diligence responses, investor analyses.
Act as strategic finance partner to leadership with commercial judgment.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in finance, accounting, or fund operations.
CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification strongly preferred.
FP&A experience: budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance, and reporting.
Strong US GAAP knowledge for investments and asset management.
Fund accounting experience in hedge funds, VC, or PE.
Cryptocurrency and digital asset operations understanding.
