Head of Finance Operations

📋 Description

• Lead global finance operations. Accounting and reporting, month end close, financial controls
• Partner with the regional C-suite on what's next. Business strategy, exchange listings
• Price the decisions before they're made. New products, new markets, new licenses. Each one gets a
• Tighten controls and risk frameworks across crypto and fiat. This is the part most finance leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Deep technical foundation in IFRS and US GAAP. CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent certifcation
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in a cryptocurrency exchange
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital asset accounting.
• Expertise in financial regulations of various global jurisdictions (e.g., NYDFS, MAS, VARA, MiCA
• Proven experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite) and automation tools.
