Head of Financial Systems

📋 Description

• Define and own the financial systems strategy and roadmap across ERP, sub-ledgers, reporting
• Build, lead, and develop the Financial Systems team: hiring, performance mgmt, mentoring, and
• Manage capacity and workload: prioritize initiatives, balance ops support with transformation
• Drive finance transformation end-to-end: identify manual processes, design automation solutions
• Own the ERP platform strategy: integrations, data model, customizations, upgrade path.
• Champion AI and automation adoption across finance: LLM workflows, RPA, copilots, anomaly

🎯 Requirements

• 12–15+ years across finance ops, systems, and tech leadership in FinTech/Financial Services or
• Deep ERP expertise (NetSuite, SAP, or Workday) including integrations, migrations, and platform
• Proven track record leading finance transformation programs (automation, consolidations, or
• Hands-on: Python, SQL, and/or VBA; comfortable prototyping solutions.
• Experience deploying AI/ML or RPA in production finance environments (JE automation
• Experience building lean, high-output teams with hiring, performance mgmt, and talent development
