Head of Fraud Product

📋 Description

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the fraud prevention product
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategic discovery and prioritization through
• Balance immediate customer needs with longer-term innovation across device intelligence, behavioral
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers, providing strategic direction
• Partner closely with Engineering and Data Science leadership to translate complex fraud typologies
• Drive product improvements that increase fraud detection and catch rates while reducing false

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in product leadership roles
• Deep, hands-on experience in payment fraud within a high-growth payment processor, fraud technology
• Previous experience working for a specialized fraud technology provider or B2B SaaS startup.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and enterprise fraud prevention.
• Extensive knowledge of fraud typologies, risk management, and modern fraud detection approaches.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and comfort working with large, complex datasets.
