• Own paid acquisition end-to-end across major platforms.
• Be hands-on daily in ad platforms; manage agencies/contractors.
• Build measurement foundation: attribution, incrementality, reporting.
• Drive the creative engine with design partners to develop ICPs and hooks.
• Navigate ad policies for financial products; secure approvals.
• Shape growth roadmap with the founding team: budgets and forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth.
• Experience managing and scaling budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube.
• Technical fluency in attribution and tracking: MMPs, pixels, server-side tracking.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and fast-paced work.
