• Own the marketing funnel for Jay Law end to end, from first touch through booked consultation
• Scale the employer channel: turn workshops, on-site consultations, and signing days with partner
• Build relationships with wealth managers, financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals who see
• Make Jay Law the answer for estate planning searches in California through SEO, answer-engine
• Test and scale paid, community, and out-of-home channels with clear budgets, hypotheses, and stop
• Build lifecycle marketing: plan reviews, life-event reminders, and trust funding follow-through for

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing, including time as the first or most senior
• Owned a revenue or customer number and knowledge of CAC, LTV, payback, and conversion rates
• Hands-on: able to write copy, build landing pages and reports, set up tracking, and run experiments
• Experienced with considered, high-trust purchases (e.g., legal, financial services, insurance
• Strong partnership instincts and ability to pitch, craft, and run partnerships
• Team player contributing to a positive and collaborative culture
