📋 Description

• Own the full European DTC/Shopify growth engine and take responsibility for achieving an ambitious
• Manage and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels, continuously
• Lead creative growth strategy by developing concepts, briefing creative production, and iterating
• Build, launch, and continuously optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and commercial offers
• Establish a structured experimentation program covering creative, audiences, offers, landing pages
• Own and monitor core growth metrics including ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, AOV, and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DTC growth, performance marketing, paid acquisition, or
• Demonstrated experience personally managing paid media campaigns and budgets across platforms such
• Proven ability to build and optimize landing pages, funnels, offers, and complete acquisition
• Strong creative strategy capabilities, with the ability to develop advertising concepts and
• Deep understanding of growth metrics including ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, AOV, and
• Demonstrated experience using structured experimentation to test creative, audiences, offers
