• Drive Market Growth: Take full ownership of our German acquisition budget, channel mix, and growth
• Lead & Mentor: Direct and empower a team of 3+ channel specialists across performance
• Strategic Leadership: Partner directly with the Country Director on forecasting, budgeting, and
• Commercial Optimization: Be responsible for improving payback periods through channel
• Reporting & Insights: Own performance reporting and clear stakeholder communication across all
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work seamlessly with global Product, CRM, Brand, and Executive

🎯 Requirements

• Budget Ownership: 2+ years leading strategic growth with direct ownership of a mid-seven-figure (€)
• Omnichannel Expertise: Deep hands-on and strategic expertise across paid digital/performance
• Team Leadership: 2+ years of experience leading, structuring, and managing a team and agency
• Advanced Analytics: Strong proficiency in data analytics to drive channel optimisation &amp
• Product & Conversion: Good grasp of digital product and CRO within the broader marketing
• Matrix Management: Proven ability to manage relationships across localized country teams and global
