Head of GTM Systems & AI

📋 Description

• Own the internal AI operating model for GTM (skills, agent evals, cost, adoption, ROI)
• Own long-term design of GTM stack (CRM, marketing automation, CS tooling, build vs. buy decisions)
• Lead and coach five senior ICs (Salesforce, marketing/BDR, CS systems, web ops)
• Run vendor management end-to-end (evaluations, keep-or-kill reviews, renewals)
• Partner with leaders of Data, Enablement, Security, Finance and commercial functions
• Drive adoption and change management for new GTM capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in GTM systems, agentic/AI workflow products, revenue technology, enterprise SaaS, or
• Turn ambiguous business problems into reliable, scalable tooling
• Fluency in modern GTM systems (Salesforce, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, attribution
• Built with modern AI tooling (agents, plugins, evals)
• Define KPIs, run experiments, use data to prioritize and measure impact
• Strategic alignment and executive communication
