📋 Description

• Plan the comprehensive 3-year roadmap for all technology areas, including aircraft, ground
• Lead the hardware architecture team across Avionics, Power, Battery and Charging, Wireless
• Drive the strategic hardware engineering vision aligned with commercial goals.
• Partner with manufacturing to incorporate technologies into reliable, cost-effective products.
• Establish bidirectional interfaces with cross-functional teams to resolve system-level challenges.
• Mentor and cultivate a high-performing engineering team.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in applying new technologies to innovative hardware products in aerospace, robotics, or
• 7+ years managing and mentoring experienced engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Experience scaling, operationalizing, or commercializing new designs.
• Track record of high-stakes architectural decisions balancing technical ambition with cost and
