Head of HR Enablement & Operations

📋 Description

• Lead People Operations team, inclusive of Workday Administration, Benefits Operations, and Payroll
• Lead and manage the HR automation strategy, inclusive of our Workday system, HR tech stack, and
• Manage vendor relationships with HR technology tools and other HR operations partners
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support Ashby ATS and recruiting analytics
• Partner with HR Business Partners to provide technology based solutions to improve efficiency and

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in core people operations functions such as HRIS administration, payroll
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Experience creating and executing an HR technology strategy required
• Experience creating and deploying AI agents across enterprise systems
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities concurrently
• Proven communication and presentations skills
