Head of Infrastructure and DevOps

📋 Description

• Lead DevOps and Infrastructure teams responsible for the development, deployment, and operation of
• Ensure high availability, scalability, reliability, and resilience across staging and production
• Establish and enforce SRE and DevOps best practices to improve operational performance and
• Drive toward zero incorrect release-related production issues through rigorous CI/CD testing
• Maintain 99.9% availability for CI/CD and staging infrastructure through resilient systems
• Drive toward 99.99% product availability by implementing resilient architectures, operational

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience leading engineering or infrastructure teams within a fast-growing
• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering, supporting high-RPS
• Strong hands-on expertise in DevOps practices, particularly complex CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure
• Proven experience designing, deploying, and maintaining large-scale, highly available applications
• Practical experience building secure development and deployment environments.
• Strong understanding of SRE principles, reliability engineering, scalability, observability, and
