Head of Lender Marketplace & Partnerships, 360 Finance

📋 Description

• Own overall strategy and growth of the lender marketplace
• Recruit, negotiate, manage relationships with banks, fintech lenders, credit unions
• Own lender pricing, economics, and monetization across waterfall models
• Optimize marketplace across approval rates, conversion, contractor economics, lender returns
• Lead lender organization including Sales, Onboarding, and Compliance
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal to evolve marketplace

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in point-of-sale lending, embedded finance, or consumer lending
• Proven track record managing lender partnerships with banks or fintech lenders
• Experience owning lender economics, pricing, revenue, and margin
• Strong analytical and financial acumen for data-driven decisions
• Experience building and scaling high-performing commercial teams
• Home improvement financing experience strongly preferred
