📋 Description

• Scale Google Maps by growing and optimizing thousands of Google Business Profiles so they outrank
• Grow walk-in reservations by scaling and iterating on location signage programs
• Lead supply expansion, helping property owners invest in capital improvements that grow their
• Own the demand side of winning key partner pilots — leveraging new and existing channels to fill
• Own a portfolio of growth bets: prioritize hypotheses, run tests, generate learnings, and scale
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data to improve phone and web conversion rates, ship

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, growth, performance marketing, or a related field
• Strong track record of leading and coaching teams
• Strong analytical instincts: comfort building dashboards, designing tests, and turning data into
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data
• Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and stay organized across multiple workstreams under ambiguity
