Improve existing partnerships and onboard new partners
Collaborate with contracting, pricing, tech and sales to ensure a strong range of accommodation
Oversee villa partnerships and performance improvements
Drive direct partner connections from identification to onboarding and launch

🎯 Requirements

Significant experience leading a commercial, marketplace or supplier management function
Strong commercial judgement and ability to translate strategy into action
Track record of negotiating complex commercial agreements
Experience managing senior supplier/partner relationships
Strong financial understanding: revenue, margin and performance
Demonstrated leadership, coaching and team development
