• Develop the multi-year Public Sector market plan across federal, state, local, education, and
• Recommend the target account and program portfolio with expected returns
• Develop Socure's point of view on digital identity, fraud, and program integrity in the public
• Pressure-test strategy with scenario planning and competitive war-gaming
• Build the Public Sector Value Creation Plan for revenue, retention, margin growth over 3-5 years
• Drive execution through funded levers with owners, milestones, and KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in strategy, business development, product, or go-to-market leadership in
• Significant experience in public sector or complex regulated market (financial services
• Proven record of developing market plans or growth strategies with measurable revenue results
• Strong analytical and financial skills: market modeling, business cases, unit economics, scenario
• Experience building partnerships or ecosystem strategies with system integrators, resellers
• Executive presence and exceptional communication with ability to influence senior leaders
