Head of Operations

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end operations for a fast-growing eCom DTC brand.
• Own supply chain, inventory planning, 3PL/fulfillment, vendor mgmt, and returns.
• Develop scalable operating systems, SOPs, and ownership frameworks.
• Build an operational knowledge base and reporting for leadership.
• Recruit and develop 4–6 functional leaders for independent ownership.
• Transition day-to-day ops toward a broader COO-level organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operations for physical-product, e-commerce, or DTC.
• Experience in high-growth environments, scaling brands to $20M–$50M revenue.
• Cross-functional ops leadership across supply chain, inventory, 3PL, customer support, creative
• Proven track record building departments, systems, and reporting infra.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify, Notion, spreadsheets; familiarity with AI tools (Claude or
• Analytical, data-driven, and able to translate data into action.
