Head of Operations

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end back-end operations, including supply chain, inventory planning, manufacturing
• Build and maintain scalable operating systems, processes, and SOPs with clear ownership and
• Establish operational knowledge base in Notion; continuously improve processes as the business
• Develop inventory systems of record, PO calendars, and processes to improve visibility and stock
• Build reliable reporting and a single source of truth for weekly leadership metrics (inventory
• Create automated subscription and channel revenue reporting and a concise weekly operations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of operations experience within a physical-product, e-commerce, or
• Experience in a high-growth environment; ideally supporting or scaling a brand generating
• Direct experience across multiple operational functions (supply chain, inventory, 3PL/fulfillment
• Proven track record building departments, systems, hiring processes, and reporting infrastructure
• Strong understanding of physical-product operations (lead times, POs, landed costs, inventory
• Hands-on with hiring/onboarding, managing and developing teams; proficient with Shopify, Notion
