📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution performance
• Set production schedules based on demand, capacity, and inventory
• Manage operating costs, labor productivity, output, quality, and delivery
• Implement continuous improvements and address performance barriers
• Oversee quality management objectives and improvement programs
• Lead safety, WHS compliance, and workforce development

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in manufacturing or operational leadership
• Tertiary qualifications in related discipline
• Knowledge of 5S, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods
• Technical understanding and mechanical aptitude
• Experience managing production, budgets, and KPIs
• Strong financial and commercial judgment
