📋 Description

• Lead the global field delivery, partner success and partner health teams
• Own deployment strategy and approaches for Claude deployments through partners
• Oversee field delivery organization across the Americas and international markets
• Ensure delivery assurance standards and quality for live engagements
• Manage partner success and build partner capability
• Maintain partner health and escalation processes

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in technical delivery, professional services or solutions leadership
• Experience building a delivery organization and scaling it significantly
• Accountability for production deployment and usage of large enterprise systems
• Experience running delivery through other people's engineers while maintaining quality
• Knowledge of global systems integrators and advisory firms
• Understanding of consumption-based GTM models
