Head of Partnerships

📋 Description

• Build a multi-year partnership strategy with clear milestones tied to revenue and strategic value.
• Create the processes, playbooks and infrastructure to scale from a handful of partners to dozens.
• Set the targets and reporting. You define what a great channel looks like, then hit it.
• Find, win, activate and grow partners across accounting and bookkeeping firms, fractional finance
• Own the full deal cycle, from first conversation to signed partner.
• Design one-to-many distribution and enablement programs so one partner relationship reaches

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in partnerships, channel or ecosystem growth in B2B SaaS, fintech or payments, including
• Proven ownership of a partner funnel end to end (sourcing, conversion, activation, expansion) and
• Comfort being the public face of a program: building community and representing us with external
• A marketer’s instinct for positioning a product for a specific audience, ideally
• Experience leading a small team
• Working knowledge of how accounting and bookkeeping firms operate
