🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years leading People teams
  • Experience partnering with founders and executive leadership
  • Scaling Talent Acquisition at growth-stage startups (50-100+)
  • Design/implement performance cycles, leveling, and compensation
  • Experience with Rippling and Lever (HRIS/ATS)
