🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in People Operations, HR with leadership experience in a high-growth startup
• Demonstrated success building scalable People programs, HR infrastructure, and operational
• Experience leading talent acquisition and developing recruiting strategies that attract exceptional
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Exceptional process-building and execution skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Capable of managing immediate priorities while anticipating future needs
