📋 Description

• Own the People Operations function end-to-end, including global payroll, employee lifecycle, Talent
• Architect the next version of People Operations built for the AI era, automating admin through
• Design and build workflows, automations, and AI agents; write frameworks and playbooks managers run
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of two (Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, People Operations
• Run People programs including performance, engagement, learning and development, levelling, and
• Manage people data and listening systems, ensuring metrics are defined, confidential, and actionable

🎯 Requirements

• Led People Operations through high-growth, high-change periods, ideally at a 100-300 person scale-up
• Strong systems architecture thinking: designing how platforms and data work together to remove
• Hands-on experience building automations or AI agent workflows
• Experience writing frameworks or playbooks that managers can execute independently
• Comfortable with ambiguity; can make progress on hypotheses and adjust as more is learned
• Operations or leadership experience through a comparable growth-stage transition
