📋 Description

• Owns the People Operations function end-to-end, global payroll, the employee lifecycle, Talent
• Architect the next version of People Operations built for the AI era
• Build and fix People Operations workflows, automations and agents
• Design how Rippling, Remote and Ashby work together
• Write and maintain the frameworks and playbooks managers run off
• Run the function's weekly cadence

🎯 Requirements

• Operations or leadership experience, ideally through a comparable growth-stage transition
• Systems architecture thinking: designing how several platforms and their data work together so a
• Hands-on experience building automations or AI agents yourself
• Series B or growth-stage scale-up experience (nice to have)
