📋 Description

• Define the People Technology Strategy & Architecture
• Develop and execute a multi-year People Technology strategy aligned with business priorities and
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities to continuously modernize the People Technology
• Lead technology architecture decisions, ensuring solutions are modular, scalable, secure, and built
• Make thoughtful build vs. buy decisions that maximize business value, speed, and long-term
• Build an AI-Native People Technology Ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading People Technology or in Engineering designing systems
• Proven success building and developing high-performing technical teams
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-year technology strategies that support
• Deep expertise with enterprise People technology & ecosystems
• Experience leading complex technology implementations, platform optimization initiatives, and
• Strong understanding of HR systems integrations, access controls, reporting, and data integrity
