🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing Analytics, Commercial Analytics or
• Proven people leadership, stakeholder management and strategic business partnering experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience partnering senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance
• Strong expertise in developing and applying analytical frameworks and predictive models, including
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex customer and commercial datasets.
• Strong track record of translating complex analysis into actionable insights and measurable
