📋 Description

• Own performance creative strategy: Develop and execute a structured creative testing strategy
• Identify new growth opportunities: Use customer research, audience psychology, competitor analysis
• Build a consistent creative pipeline: Balance original concepts, iterations of proven
• Lead and develop creative talent: Mentor internal creative strategists, strengthen their commercial
• Manage external agency partnerships: Oversee strategic briefs, creative reviews, performance
• Translate data into decisions: Analyze ROAS, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading performance creative strategy for an established, high-growth DTC or
• Demonstrated success developing, testing, and scaling effective paid advertising concepts
• Strong experience managing, mentoring, or providing strategic direction to creative strategists and
• Deep understanding of direct-response marketing, consumer psychology, persuasive storytelling
• Strong commercial understanding of ROAS, customer acquisition cost (CPA), attribution, paid media
• Ability to interpret campaign data, identify meaningful patterns, and turn performance insights
