📋 Description

• Own UK&I portfolio strategy across products, channels, brands and customer segments.
• Partner with Marketing and Finance to develop evidence-based investment recommendations and inform
• Own market sizing, forecasting and strategic market outlooks that inform portfolio and investment
• Lead strategic planning, develop portfolio business cases and support executive decision-making
• Translate portfolio priorities into clear investment plans and measurable outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven portfolio strategy experience within direct-to-consumer businesses.
• Strong commercial experience evaluating opportunities, trade-offs and returns.
• Track record of prioritising initiatives and allocating resources across competing demands.
• Experience creating governance and planning processes that support investment and prioritisation
