📋 Description

• Build and own the model connecting unit economics, agent run cost, willingness-to-pay, gross
• Maintain competitive and market intelligence so our pricing keeps pace with a category that's
• Run pricing experiments and turn the results into documented, reusable learnings.
• Shape plan design and packaging across our community, self-serve, and Enterprise tiers, plus
• Design pricing for new SKUs and consumption-based models as our product and cost-to-serve evolve
• Build packaging frameworks and decision tools that product teams use directly to launch new

🎯 Requirements

• Pricing leadership in B2B SaaS: 6+ years in pricing, monetisation, or commercial strategy
• Hands-on with modern pricing models: personally designed and rolled out consumption-based
• Both self-serve and Enterprise motions: owned pricing on both sides of the funnel — self-serve/PLG
• Deep analytical rigour: build the financial model yourself and reason fluently about unit
• Billing fluency, technical and operational: understand event metering, rating, entitlements
• Empathy for technical users and buyers: understand where, how, and why developers and technical
