📋 Description

• Own the product architecture: make Citizen one coherent product out of eight years of features
• Own the core product: signups, activation, map, incident experience, live video, alerts, and loops
• Own the subscription business: pricing, packaging, plan mix, trials, upgrade path, checkout
• Own enterprise, API, and partners: product side of selling real-time intelligence, integration
• Own metrics and forecasting: product drivers under the revenue plan, defend inputs, explain variance
• Own experimentation program end to end across all surfaces

🎯 Requirements

• Led product for a consumer product with millions of users and a real subscription business
• Personally owned pricing, conversion, or retention and moved the number
• Think in whole systems; have made a sprawled product coherent
• Shipped to enterprise or B2B customers; sat across from customers
• Build with AI already; have replaced parts of workflow with agents
• Quantitative; can build models, configure experiments, read results

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary of $265,000–$310,000 per year
