📋 Description

• Define and communicate a compelling, multi-year product vision and strategy for the Care domain
• Lead the product organization across five squads, setting clear priorities, developing the five
• Build products and services that improve the experience of multiple users, including customers
• Own the strategy and evolution of all Care-related tooling, including the agent desktop, knowledge
• Ensure that Care is considered a core part of every new service and product launch, with
