📋 Description

• Define design direction and elevate customer experience for Odin.
• Lead product design and visual brand across the company.
• Build design systems, processes, and feedback loops at scale.
• Create prototypes, test with customers, turn learnings into UI.
• Turn complex, regulatory workflows into clear, intuitive experiences.
• Collaborate with founders, designers, and cross-functional teams for the US launch.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with end-to-end impact.
• In-house experience owning complete customer journeys.
• Portfolio with polished production-ready UI and measurable impact.
• Strong information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Experience designing complex, multi-party products or regulated environments.
• Lead discovery independently: customer interviews, prototyping, usability testing.
