Head of Product Management LIMS / LIS Clinical Diagnostics

📋 Description

• Define and maintain the product vision, objectives, and value proposition
• Translate business strategy into a clear product roadmap
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements
• Own product success metrics (value, adoption, satisfaction, cost)
• Act as the single point of contact for the product
• Collect, analyze, and prioritize business needs and user feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior Product Management, Head of Product, Product Lead, or similar role in
• Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams of up to six people, including Product
• Laboratory and/or Clinical Diagnostics experience is required
• Strong understanding of software and IT product lifecycles, from strategy and roadmap definition to
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across Business, IT, and
• Familiarity with agile and/or hybrid delivery models such as Scrum and SAFe
