📋 Description

• Own product strategy and roadmap for North America, focusing on US/Canada regionalization.
• Lead forward-deployed product motion for custom AI workflow solutions for mid-market/enterprise
• Collaborate with Head of Engineering NA and President NA to translate market signals into shipped
• Advocate NA priorities with globally distributed teams in Australia; respect regional nuances.
• Build and scale the NA product organization, starting with two squads.
• Represent North America in global leadership discussions and ensure platform coherence.

🎯 Requirements

• Health tech or clinical tech experience; regulated-industry product background preferred.
• Proven track record in forward-deployed/custom solutions for mid-market/enterprise.
• Strong organizational leadership; experience hiring/developing product managers in scaling
• Ability to maintain and revise roadmaps in a dynamic startup setting.
• Fluent communication with technical and commercial leadership across regions.
• Bias for velocity while meeting enterprise healthcare discipline.
