Head of Product Operations

📋 Description

• Own analytics stack end-to-end: instrumentation, taxonomy, metrics, dashboards
• Ensure PMs/execs can pull a trusted number without asking who to trust
• Own alpha → beta → GA lifecycle; EPD↔GTM RACI and gates
• Manage communications around changes to existing products
• Own voice-of-customer feedback loop between GTM, Support, and Product
• PM onboarding as a designed program tied to the PM ladder; consistent ramp times

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product operations, strategy & analytics, or related role
• Builder of systems, not just manager of tasks; owned scalable infra
• Strong SQL and hands-on BI/analytics with Omni, Amplitude, Looker or similar
• Track record of owning KPI frameworks and instrumentation standards
• Sharp PMO who can run alpha → beta → GA lifecycle across multi-product org
• Excellent communicator; translate ops into clear frameworks and gain buy-in
