Head of Product - Personal Banking

📋 Description

• Build a personal banking experience so good that people tell their friends and colleagues about it
• Own metrics, product strategy, and propositions covering personal money management, banking
• Set the craft bar: sweat details (copy, latency, empty states) that decide whether a consumer
• Drive the use of AI in products where it meaningfully improves the experience
• Build and scale the organization: recruit and lead a high-performing PM team, instill strong build
• Grow the business: own acquisition, activation, retention, compounding loops, including connections

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building consumer products, including owning product growth and economics
• 5+ years leading product managers (hiring, coaching, performance management)
• Experience launching and scaling 0-1 products alongside operating large products with real customers
• Experience shipping AI-led products to real consumers and understanding the AI capabilities and
• High bar for craft and customer-centered, data-driven, experimentation-oriented approach
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, and
