• Strong engineering background in modern application security and cloud-native architectures.
• Track record of engineering-first security programs that scale via tooling and partnerships.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing exceptional security engineers and leaders.
• Ability to influence executives with credibility among senior engineers.
