• Own real estate strategy and transactions worldwide
• Set medium-term plan for each hub and run deals
• Build standard for flex space, leases, and gatherings
• Lead expansion, restructuring, and sublease work for London and New York
• Partner with CFO, Workplace Operations, Tax, Corporate Development, and founders
• Bring perspective to Finance beyond own lane

🎯 Requirements

• End-to-end corporate real estate experience across multi-city, international portfolio (strategy
• Personally led lease negotiations on both sides of the Atlantic, ideally London and New York
• Exited or monetized surplus space through sublease, surrender, or negotiated termination
• Experience with flexible footprints (flex/coworking agreements, short leases, enterprise flex deals)
• Delivered premium build-outs in partnership with workplace team
• Fluent in real estate finance: budgets, cost per seat, lease accounting, space planning
