📋 Description

• Own and deliver the Research roadmap against Moonpig’s highest-priority customer and business
• Lead, coach and develop our Research team, creating clarity around priorities while maintaining
• Continue building the team’s capability in new methods, technology and AI.
• Scale research capability across Moonpig, helping teams conduct appropriate research independently
• Develop training, coaching, tools, templates and clear standards that make quality research easier
• Make customer insight more visible, accessible and influential, bringing customer evidence into

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in UX, Product, Customer or Consumer Research within a digital or
• Experience supporting, coaching or developing research teams, with a collaborative and supportive
• Strong track record of delivering research programmes and initiatives from idea through to
• Broad understanding of qualitative and quantitative research, with good judgement about the right
• Ability to quickly understand an existing strategy and roadmap, identify what matters most and
• Strong project delivery skills, with a pragmatic and outcome-focused approach.
