📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise risk framework
• Deliver regular risk dashboards and management reports for the CEO and leadership team
• Lead the implementation of Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) requirements
• Establish operational risk, capital adequacy, liquidity, and safeguarding frameworks to support new

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in risk management within financial services or fintech
• Direct experience working within a regulated fintech, payment institution, electronic money
• Hands-on experience with DORA ICT risk management, MiCA requirements for Crypto-Asset Service
• Demonstrated track record of taking responsibility for risk frameworks, decisions, controls, and
• Ability to assess incomplete or ambiguous information, establish a clear risk position, and defend
• Strong ability to translate complex risk concepts into clear business implications
