📋 Description

• DRI the security program across AppSec, cloud, IAM, and incident response.
• Scale security programs with RIAs, broker-dealers, and bank security teams.
• Own compliance and regulatory posture, SOC 2 and regulatory baselines.
• Be the calm in incidents: lead the room, decide, inform clients, postmortems.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep technical skills: read code, reason about AWS, Kubernetes, threat modeling, and tooling.
• Experience running security programs at fintech or trading firms.
• Confident with senior client security reviews; clear enterprise approvals.
• 0-to-1 leadership; start as a senior IC.
• Prior fintech infrastructure provider experience.
• SOC 2 Type 2 audit lead experience.
