Head of Security Engineering

📋 Description

• Define and deliver a multiyear security engineering strategy and quarterly roadmap across product
• Hire, coach, and develop a team of high-performing security engineers, manage performance, and
• Manage backlogs, budgets, vendors, and dependencies. Work with Security GRC to measure control
• Embed threat modeling, architecture reviews, security testing, and secure design into development
• Secure AWS, including services such as EKS, EC2, DynamoDB, as well as co-located trading
• Partner with IT to mature identity, access governance, endpoint, remote access, DLP

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant security, software, or infrastructure engineering experience, including 4+
• Demonstrated success owning a security engineering roadmap and delivering measurable improvements
• Expertise in AWS and Kubernetes security, with practical experience securing APIs and modern
• Strong working knowledge of identity and access management, macOS and Windows endpoint security
• Experience building and maintaining security platforms, telemetry pipelines, and automation used by
• Ability to review code and infrastructure changes and contribute engineering solutions using
