Head of Singapore, Applied AI

📋 Description

• Build and lead the Singapore Applied AI team (Solutions Architects, Product Engineers, Finetuning
• Set individual goals and conduct performance reviews for team members
• Drive adoption of Anthropic products (Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, API) across Australian
• Work with key enterprise customers on AI adoption strategies, pre-sales technical excellence, and
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and GTM teams to develop strategies for Singapore
• Contribute to thought leadership through conference presentations, webinars, and technical content

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role
• 5+ years of technical go-to-market management experience, managing pre-sales teams
• Experience with Singapore enterprise customers and understanding local business culture
• Knowledge of Singapore regulatory landscape (e.g., Australian Privacy Principles, APRA CPS 234
• Technical proficiency with enterprise AI deployments, API integrations, and production LLM use cases
• Executive presence and ability to foster relationships with technical leaders and engineering teams
